Pour nous accompagner, nous recherchons plusieurs Business Analysts, qui travailleront en étroite collaboration avec les services métiers et les équipes techniques de la transformation digitale.

Les diverses missions qui vous attendent :

Activités d'analyse :

Evaluer la pertinence des demandes par rapport à la valeur ajoutée pour l'entreprise et les formaliserTraduire les besoins en spécifications techniques des solutions, en lien avec le SI et l'architectureDocumenter les besoins/exigences et les consoliderParticiper à l'estimation de l'effort de réalisationAccompagner et participer aux sessions de tests fonctionnels et UAT

Activités de gestion et de coordination :

Préparer et animer les ateliers / workshop sur la capture des besoinsPréparer et faire le compte rendu des ateliers pour distribution aux parties prenantesCollaborer activement avec les PO, Experts Métier & BA Métier

Nous recrutons actuellement pour accompagner les évolutions et configuration de l'ERP (domaine Contrats Non-Vie).

Votre profil :

Une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans en tant que Business Analyst avec une orientation technique, idéalement assurantielle. Une certification serait un plusFormation professionnelle supérieure de type HES ou UNI en Informatique
Compréhension de l'architecture globale IT et des problématiques d'intégration (API, microservices, etc.)
Une expertise dans les solutions Guidewire et des connaissances en .NET, Javascript, Cobol et SQL seraient fortement appréciéesLangue maternelle française, maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit, niveau B2 minimum), la connaissance de l'allemand serait un plus

Vous êtes organisé et portez une attention particulière aux détails. Proactif, vous vous démarquez par votre orientation solutions. Grâce à votre sens de la communication, vous avez un très bon relationnel.
