As Talent Acquisition Advisor EMEA and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will make a difference by Shining the light on what makes BRP an unique place to work at EMEA level. You will be a true ambassador of the BRP culture and a match maker between the potential candidate and the hiring managers.

 

This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO:

 

-          Lead the EMEA recruitment strategy including end-to-end search on actives roles, employer branding, recruitment campaign, talent planning and onboarding

-          Manage the recruitment lifecycle: perform phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and offer processes

-          Advise hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment, collaborate on job details, and advise on effective candidate assessment 

-          Work closely with Client Groups and HRBP’s in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

-          Use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future

-          Manage the candidate’s journey ensuring a strong candidate experience at all stages of the process.

-          Always strive to be an expert in the business areas you support 

-          Lead special Talent Acquisition projects and participle actively in process improvement efforts

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

 

-          Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent

-          A minimum of 8 years’ experience of recruiting experience, ideally within an international

-          headhunter or an in-house company

-          Strong experience in defining sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using

-          social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and referral approaches

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

-          Passion for sourcing and recruitment with a solid business acumen

-          Ability to leverage data analytics, develop insights and provide guidance to support hiring

-          decisions.

-          Good level of self-motivation, adaptability, agility, and ability to operate autonomously

-          Service and solution-oriented mindset
