Aufgaben:

  • Analysieren der Zusammenhänge zwischen Prozessen, Strukturen, Daten und Benutzerschnittstellen bei der zu erstellenden ICT-Lösung
  • Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Prozessgestaltungsworkshops mit Fachvertretern (in Aarau und Prilly)
  • Transformieren der Business-Bedürfnisse in Systemanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung von wirtschaftlichen, organisatorischen und technischen Randbedingungen
  • Erfassen, Analysieren, Validieren und Dokumentieren von Anforderungen u. a. im Rahmen von Anforderungsworkshops zusammen mit den Kunden und dem Projektteam
  • Formulieren von funktionalen und nicht funktionalen Anforderungen
  • Erstellen und Prüfen der Anforderungsspezifikationen
  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Führung des Projektteams zwecks Erstellung des Lastenheftes
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen in SAP Signavio
  • Dokumentation von schematischen Benutzerinterfaces in Form von Mockups/Wireframes in Visio
  • Begleiten der Realisierung der spezifizierten Systeme
  • Bearbeiten von Änderungsanträgen und Vorbereiten der entsprechenden Entscheidungsgrundlagen im Rahmen von Change Requests
  • Bewerten und Validieren der ICT-Lösung zusammen mit Auftraggebern und Stakeholdern

Anforderungen:

  • Methodisches Vorgehen im Requirements Engineering
  • Methodenkompetenz bei der Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops (z.B. Design Thinking)
  • Toolkompetenz SAP Signavio
  • Besonderheiten:
  • Sprachkenntnisse Mindestanforderungen: Deutsch Stufe C1; Englisch Stufe B2
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von UML und BPMN
  • Zertifizierung als IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering o. ä.
