Als Data Manager im Stammdatenteam der Migros Industrie hast du die Chance, die Zukunft unserer Datenlandschaft aktiv mitzugestalten. Du bist der Schlüssel, um die Datenqualität und damit die Effizienz unserer Geschäftsprozesse auf ein neues Level zu heben. Was du bewegst

Du optimierst die Data Quality Tool Landschaft, um die Datenintegrität sicherzustellen, und verwaltest Datenbezüge aus den Quellsystemen.

Du optimierst kontinuierlich Datenpipelines und koordinierst Transformationszeitpunkte mit IT-Spezialisten und dem Data Quality Manager.

Du prüfst Anforderungen zur Anbindung neuer Systeme und setzt diese mit IT-Spezialisten um.

Du pflegst DQM-Regeln ein, generierst Standard-Auswertungen und Defect-Berichte und stellst die Verteilung an Segmente und Stakeholder sicher.

Du unterstützt die Business-Anwender bei der Nutzung von Daten, verwaltest Datenzugriffe und schulst die Nutzung.

Was du mitbringst

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)

in relevantem Fachgebiet

Mehrjährige Erfahrung

in Umgang mit Daten und IT Projekten

Deutsch (fliessend)

Französisch (von Vorteil)

Englisch (von Vorteil)

Erfahrung in der Anwendung von DQM Tools (SAP Data Service, Information Steward und ISA).

Weiterbildungen/Zertifizierungen in Datenverarbeitung (SQL, Python von Vorteil).

Technische Expertise in Datenmodellierung, Datenqualitätssicherung und Datenanalyse, sowie Kenntnisse in Datenbanktools (SAP Stammdaten Wissen von Vorteil).

Effektives Zeitmanagement, Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen, um Fristen einzuhalten, und Ergebnisorientierung bei der Projektabwicklung.

Hohe Qualitätsstandards bei der Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -genauigkeit.

Erfahrung mit Data Governance und der Implementierung von Datenrichtlinien, kombiniert mit analytischem Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeit.

Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und oft unter Druck stehenden Umfeld zu arbeiten.
