Stellenbeschreibung Für unseren Kunden am Flughafen Zürich suchen wir: Sales Associate (m/w/d) 50-70% Als Sales Associate am Flughafen Zürich wirst du in den Bereichen Mode, Parfüm, Kosmetik, Alkohol, Tabak und Lebensmittel tätig sein. Du bist das Gesicht des Unternehmens und trägst aktiv dazu bei, das Einkaufserlebnis unserer internationalen Kunden zu gestalten. Mit deinen ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten trittst du sicher, professionell und kompetent auf. DEINE AUFGABEN: - Unterstützung der Kunden während ihres Einkaufs und Beratung zu Produkten aus den Bereichen Mode, Kosmetik, Parfüm, Alkohol und Lebensmittel - Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels und eines positiven Einkaufserlebnisses - Verantwortung für die Kassenabwicklung - Einhaltung der Unternehmensstandards und Pflege des Arbeitsplatzes - Flexibler Einsatz in verschiedenen Shops und Bereichen je nach Bedarf Qualifikationen DEIN PROFIL: - Du sprichst fliessend Englisch und Deutsch - Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, im Gastgewerbe oder Einzelhandel und idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Detailhandel - Du hast bereits Erfahrung an der Kasse gesammelt - Du bist bereit, zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (unregelmässig zwischen 5:00 und 23:00 Uhr) auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten - Du bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer*in und bringst dich gerne in ein dynamisches und multikulturelles Arbeitsumfeld ein - Du achtest stets auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild Was wir dir bieten - Feste, attraktive Arbeitszeiten, perfekt um dein Privatleben gut zu planen. - Ein modernes, internationales Umfeld mit einem dynamischen und freundlichen Team. - Ein Langfristiger Arbeitgeber, mit Möglichkeit auf eine Festanstellung bei guter Arbeit - Exklusive Vorteile am Flughafen: - 10 % Rabatt beim Shoppen und in Restaurants. - Vergünstigung auf einen Parkplatz wo auch privat nutzbar ist.
