In short

We are looking for an innovative communicator who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and technology to lead the next chapter of team-to-team communication at On.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Senior Specialist will work with internal teams to craft communication content and serve as the core architect of our company-wide information channels – with a particular focus on On’s employee intranet.

This role will be highly embedded in On’s unique and entrepreneurial culture; collaborating with multiple teams and leaders to optimize information flow and bring stories to life.

Your Mission

  • Lead an intranet transformation project from start to finish in partnership with internal technology experts; including focus groups, user interface design, stakeholder engagement, and rollout/change management strategy.

  • Develop and execute an ongoing intranet content strategy to ensure consistent and high quality information is shared across teams.

  • Write engaging written content and presentations for global audiences on key topics related to our strategy and culture.

  • Oversee Slack channel strategy to streamline noise and provide clear expectations for team members.

  • Partner with internal teams to explore additional tooling and technology to enable strong internal communication and collaboration at On.
