  • Das gegenwärtig siebenköpfige HR-Team versteht sich als Dienstleister für die Projektteams und die Business Departments. Die Vielfältigkeit unserer globalen Projekte entdeckst Du auf unserer Website
  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für potenzielle neue Mitarbeitende hat unser Recruiting Team eine wichtige Drehscheibenfunktion bei Herzog & de Meuron und leistet einen entscheidenden Beitrag für den Aufbau und die Pflege unseres Kandidatenpools
  • Wir bieten ein 12-monatiges Praktikum in einem internationalen und multikulturellen Umfeld, das einen anspruchsvollen Rahmen für Deine persönliche Entwicklung bietet

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Bewertung potenzieller neuer Bewerbungen (vorrangig Praktikanten)
  • Beantwortung von Bewerberanfragen und Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen neuen Bewerbern über verschiedene Kanäle
  • Durchführen von Bewerberinterviews
  • Recherchieren und Berichten über relevante Rekrutierungstrends
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der Abteilung Human Resources in allen jährlichen Prozessen

Dein Profil:

  • Masterabschluss (Uni/FH) in BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt, Psychologie oder in einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise erste Arbeitserfahrungen im HR-Umfeld
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der gesamten Microsoft Office Suite
  • Planungs- und Organisationstalent
  • Offenheit, Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit, Verlässlichkeit sowie sorgfältiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind unverzichtbar
