Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation. Thoughtfully communicate insights, steering decisions and overseeing change execution. Lead key workstreams autonomously, ensuring alignment with project objectives.   What You'll Bring What you’ll bring: Advanced degree (PhD) for Junior Consultant. Advanced degree (MBA) & minimal two years of relevant working experience for Consultant. Master’s degree including four to six years of relevant working experience for Consultant. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail. Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation. Agility in shifting between various projects and teams.  Excellent communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in German is considered an asset. You articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients.
