Content Manager (100%, CDD 12 mois)

Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes

  • Rédiger et mettre en page les textes des offres qui paraissent sur les shops de QoQa 

  • Récolter les informations nécessaires à la création de l’offre (visuels, textes, fiches techniques) auprès du fournisseur.

  • Faire des recherches sur divers produits afin de pouvoir effectuer des comparatifs. 

  • Effectuer ponctuellement des tests produit à intégrer dans l’offre. 

  • Forum : Répondre aux questions des clients de manière chaleureuse, avec de l’expertise et en adéquation avec la philosophie de l’entreprise. Tenir compte des réactions de la Qommunauté sur chaque produit vendu. 

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les teams achat, traduction et multimédia ainsi que les fournisseurs pour la création d’offres qualitatives et inspirantes. 

Tes Qompétences

Ton expérience - Ta formation

  • Tu possèdes un diplôme en communication, journalisme ou marketing (un focus digital serait un plus)

  • Expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine rédactionnel 

  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office, CMS, etc.)

  • Tu as une excellente maîtrise de l’art de la plume en français (sans fôtes () car c’est ta langue maternelle), tu aimes écrire et ton imagination est sans limite 

  • Tu es à l’aise dans la rédaction de textes sur divers sujets, que ce soit l’univers de la cuisine (des électroménagers au food), la déco, le textile, des produits plus techniques comme le multimédia ou encore des expériences. 

  • Tu possèdes de très bonnes connaissances écrites et orales en anglais

  • Si tu maîtrises également l’allemand, c’est un plus

  • Tu es méticuleux·se, organisé·e, et tu sais prioriser afin de respecter des délais.

  • Tu es capable de travailler sur différents sujets simultanément. 

  • Tu es une personne proactive et force de proposition.

  • Tu aimes le contact humain et tu es motivé·e à interagir avec notre Qommunauté ainsi que nos partenaires.
