IT Strategy Manager – T&O Strategy & Transformation (80-100%) Lombard Odier Technology & Operations (T&O) is pursuing a multi-year transformation to deliver a resilient, modern, agile, and client-centric platform. The Strategy & Transformation Office, reporting directly to the Head of T&O, is at the heart of this transformation execution. This role goes beyond defining strategy — it involves actively shaping actionable execution plans, establishing governance frameworks, and advising the T&O leadership on investment priorities that will shape the long-term evolution of private banking. YOUR ROLE Your Impact & Responsibilities: Translate vision into action : Convert the T&O strategic pillars – Resilient Platform, Agile & Modular Products, UX & Business Function Driven, and AI / Cloud Enablement – into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Lead high-impact strategic streams , for example: Accelerate innovation through AI and cloud readiness. Enable scalable, modular delivery models. Build cost–value transparency into investment decisions. Strengthen IT Run Excellence : Drive initiatives to modernize IT Run and Service Management, enhancing resilience, stability, and cost efficiency while aligning with transformation priorities. Advise and influence leadership : Act as a trusted partner to the T&O ExCo and Technology Board, ensuring technology decisions align with business priorities and long-term value creation. Drive measurable outcomes : Define success metrics, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the transformation portfolio. Enable change : Foster cross-department collaboration and embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Success After 12 Months: Strategic initiatives are the T&O budget cornerstone and fully integrated into it, with an enabled governance Innovation streams — including AI and cloud readiness — launched in close partnership with business lines. Run operations elevated by building new capabilities, empowering teams, and embedding continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Cost transparency framework operational, enabling data-driven, value-based investment decisions. Delivery model strengthened to improve speed, quality, and resilience across critical services. Working Environment & Culture: Direct impact on a multi-year transformation of an 800+ person unit, working closely with the Executive Committee (T&O ExCo). YOUR PROFILE Experience: 5–7 years in top-tier consulting firms or financial services, with a focus on IT strategy, CIO/CTO Advisory, and large-scale transformation. Expertise: Large-scale transformation with measurable impact. Enterprise or technology operating model design and modernization. Broad technology background and passion for emerging technologies and market trends. IT cost-value optimization frameworks. Skills: Strong analytical and structured problem-solving. Ability to influence without authority in a complex organization. Executive-level communication and storytelling (PowerPoint, Excel). Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
