Partner and Content Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Partner and Content Marketing Manager to join our innovative Digital team within the Marketing Department at our Switzerland Headquarters. In this role, you will lead our established CPA marketing and influencer programs, overseeing every aspect from promotion and management to optimization and analysis. You will also work closely with our education team to co-create impactful educational initiatives, particularly focused on finance, trading and investing.

A strong foundation in finance, with a specific focus on trading, forex/CFD trading, coupled with a genuine passion for these areas, is essential for success in this role. Proven project management abilities in a fast-paced environment, along with experience in managing partners and affiliate agencies, are key to thriving in this position. An existing network of affiliates and influencers, combined with a knack for creating and delivering educational content in finance, will be highly advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Performance Marketing Initiatives: Drive success in our CPA marketing program with your solid financial knowledge and strategic insight. Recruit and onboard high-quality partners, manage relationships, and maximize revenue growth through meticulous performance management.
  • Manage and Cultivate Influencer Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our influencer partners, leveraging your project management skills to organize impactful events and collaborations. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical to enhancing our brands visibility and success.
  • Develop and Deliver Educational Content: Collaborate with the education team to co-develop a cutting-edge content strategy. Utilize your finance expertise to craft engaging webinars, educational materials, and trading events that resonate with our audience and position our brand as an industry leader.

Qualifications
  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in managing performance marketing programs, ideally in finance.
  • Account Management:Proven experience in successfully managing marketing performance and influencers partnerships.
  • Finance:Solid financial knowledge, especially in trading and forex/CFD.
  • Project Management:Strong project management skills.
  • Cross-Functional Work:Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fast-Paced Environment:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency:Fluency in French and English is required. German is a big plus.
  • Finance Expertise: Solid financial knowledge, particularly in finance, investing and trading, with a strong passion for these areas.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Partnership Management: Proven experience in managing performance marketing programs and influencer partnerships, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Content Creation & Education: Ability to create compelling educational content related to finance, investing, and trading.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is required; German is a big plus.
