QA Operations Coordinator

QA Operations Team is committed to actively support the Couvet site and other departments to ensure cGMP compliant processes and products.
The position will support on the floor QA Operations activities (archiving, opening of complaints, revision of documents). Additional tasks can be assigned based on the need: quality metrics, release planning, etc.
This position will be working closely with the QA Operations team to support day to day activities to ensure lean release of finished/semi-finished product, bulk product, or raw materials for production, as well as to contribute to QA Ops process improvement.
The position holder is responsible and accountable for the tasks given below. The list of tasks is non- exhaustive, according to business needs other tasks might be assigned to the position holder.
The position holder:
- Ensure compilation and archiving of the release and GMP documentation as appropriate.
- Open customer complaints in a timely manner and assign appropriately for investigation.
- Writes new, and revises documents for QA Ops department according to QA Ops team member and management comments/recommendations.
- Maintain release planning according to supply information.
- Support activities related to the generation of monthly quality metrics.
Experience / Education
- Minimum Bac+2 / au-dessus de maturité.
- First Professional experience is accepted
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills.
- Works independently, yet effectively in a team environment.
- Good written skills in both French and English.
- Ability to focus attention to details and to handle multiple tasks and deliver works with pre-defined deadlines.
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, team spirit, initiative, and service.
- Comfortable of working with the most common office software (Word, Excel).
