Join our QA Operations Team dedicated to supporting the Couvet site and various departments in ensuring compliance with cGMP processes and products

This role involves hands-on support for QA Operations activities on the floor, such as archiving, addressing complaints, and document revisions. You may also take on additional tasks like managing quality metrics or release planning based on current demands.

You'll collaborate closely with the QA Operations team to facilitate a smooth release of finished or semi-finished goods, bulk products, and raw materials for production. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in enhancing QA Ops processes.

The assigned individual will carry out the following responsibilities, among others, to meet business requirements:

  • Ensure proper compilation and archiving of release and GMP documentation.
  • Promptly open and assign customer complaints for investigation.
  • Create and update documents for the QA Ops department based on feedback from team members and management.
  • Manage release planning in alignment with supply details.
  • Assist in generating monthly quality metrics.

Experience / Education

  • Minimum Bac+2 / equivalent level of maturity.
  • First professional experience is considered.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team effectively.
  • Proficient in written communication in both French and English.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and meeting predefined deadlines.
  • Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, teamwork, initiative, and dedication to service.
  • Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel).
