Your role

Do you want to be part of an international team with focus on regulatory transformation? Take your chance and apply as a resource for the Business & Regulatory Development department of Bank J. Safra Sarasin.

We are looking for a Business Analyst, who will support our project team with the analysis and implementation of various regulatory financial market related initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Derive business requirements from regulatory guidelines 
  • Perform gap analysis to determine the applicable requirements
  • Specify solutions to close the identified gaps and prepare business requirement documents and respective JIRA tickets
  • Organise workshops and meetings with required internal stakeholders
  • Conduct system and user acceptance testing and communicate the results to relevant stakeholders
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvements

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the finance and banking industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured working style and practical hands on approach
  • Ability to quickly understand complex problems and capability to develop straightforward solutions to solve them
  • Ability to navigate in a challenging environment and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
