Einer unserer Kunden baut sein IT-Team aus und sucht nach einem IT-Projektleiter mit Erfahrung als Product-Owner. Die Firma konnte sich in den letzten 10 Jahren in der Transportbranche einen Namen machen. Für einen energiereichen Start in den Alltag bietet das Unternehmen Yoga und Fitnesskurse gleich im Nebengebäude an. Damit Sie die Unternehmensphilosophie und das Arbeitsklima im Unternehmen schnell auffassen können, durchlaufen Sie gleich zu Beginn eine ausführliche Einarbeitung. Zusammen mit dem motivierten IT-Team werden Sie sich schon bald wie eine Einheit fühlen.
Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtprojektleitung von IT-Projekten
- Sie koordinieren die Projektorganisation, Workshops und Arbeitspakete
- Sie stellen individuelle Gruppen (vorteilhaft für den Prozessablauf) zusammen
- Sie halten die Ziele und Meilensteine im Blick
- Sie fördern die Motivation und den Erhalt des positiven Arbeitsklimas nach Ihren eigenen Methoden
- Sie dokumentieren alle Projektabläufe
Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als IT Projektleiter
- Sie haben qualitativ sehr hohe Ansprüche an sich selber
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und treffen durchdachte Entscheidungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerausweis Kategorie B
