Your Tasks Act as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas Serve as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talent Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagement Offer proactive, solution-oriented support advice on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws Lead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies Support talent acquisition plans in collaboration with the TA team Participate in global and local HR projects, embracing experimentation, sharing learnings, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement Your skills Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environment In-depth HR expertise across compensation, employee relations, and Swiss labor law Solid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, Leapsome) and strong data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement A growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation Fluency in German or French, very good English skills (min.
