- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives and future growth plans.
- Drive our cloud transformation initiative, with a focus on transitioning to Azure Cloud.
- Oversee the design and implementation of new IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Spearhead the automation of business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Ensure IT systems and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies and leverage them to the benefit of the organization.
- Assume responsibility for IT project budgeting and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Foster an agile working environment within the IT department and promote agile practices throughout the organization.Your profile- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience in managing and leading global teams.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud transformation, specifically with Azure Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Experience in automating business processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment and promoting agile practices
