Zur Verstärkung unseres Day-Teams im Contact Center in Glattbrugg suchen wir per Juni/Juli 2024 motivierte Sprachtalente mit Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt. Zur Sicherstellung einer professionellen Einarbeitung ist im ersten Monat ein 100% Pensum erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • telefonische Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden weltweit (nur Inbound)
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Verfügbarkeit der Kreditkarte
  • Unterstützung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden bei Fragen zu allen e-Services
  • Aufbau eines umfassenden Wissens über unsere Produkte, Prozesse und Dienstleistungen
  • bei einem unerwarteten Ereignis / Notfall wie z.B. Kartenverlust oder Betrug stehen Sie unseren Kunden unterstützend zur Seite

Was Sie mitbringen sollten
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Matura
  • sehr gute mündliche Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • gute Italienisch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie erfassen rasch das Kundenanliegen und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, selbständig und besitzen ein grosses Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sie kennen die Möglichkeiten der digitalen Bankprodukte
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, haben eine angenehme Stimme und überzeugen durch gute Argumentation und Einfühlungsvermögen
