Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner. Business PurposeTeva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner responsible for the end-to-end planning of a specific specialty product portfolio. This role assures high service levels, on time launches as well as the maintenance and execution of global supply planning & logistic processes across the product network. The job holder acts as the central interface between Global TEVA markets and TPIG regarding supply of the product portfolio for the relevant global Teva markets.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the replenishments of FGs to the internal affiliates from the EU distribution CenterMonitor available stock on hand in order to avoid write-offs due to expiration and mitigate destructions by initiating re-distribution activities where possibleCoordinate the shipment and prepare documentation for FGs, DS, DP and other components from suppliers to internal and external vendorsSecure a compliant supply/ replenishment to the final destination; e.g. by monitoring goods receipt, and prioritizing and monitoring finished goods releaseConduct multi-site/multi-market and multi-level planning to ensure supply from CMOs and Teva internal sites to achieve 99% service level for commercially marketed productsEnsure Inventory, Purchase Order & Master Data management in SAPMonitor Teva market forecast and interrogate deviations regarding forecasts / salesDefine annual quantities and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers and sitesCoordinate availability dates with suppliers and internal warehouse for PO maintenance processesSend Technical Specification to suppliers with all POs, and coordinate with internal areas and suppliers changes & last versionsMaintain product lifecycle status in ERPCoordinate LSP documentation (prepayment coordination, Pro forma, COOs, communication) and transportation orders with Logistics Services, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Market WarehouseCollect and crosscheck that all Quality documents allow for Goods Receipt and post Good Receipts in SAP for purchased items (batch number, expiry date and manufacturing date)RequirementsYou have a Degree in Business Administration/Economics and 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (operations, global supply chain planning, logistics or procurement) preferably within the pharma industryYou have previous experience in working with demand and supply processes in a global environment, as well as in customer service/logistic operationsFluent Business English, good communication skill, and team playerYou bring high level of passion for customer service, solution and network orientated thinking and experience in product related supply projectsYou are a well-organized, independent and accurate person, with the ability to multitask and prioritize a full workload and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting prioritiesYou demonstrate solid computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office package and SAPOur OfferInteresting and challenging position within a very good Team and a market based compensation packageResponsible position with immense business impact and global/regional complexityYou like challenges in your job and an interesting, team oriented environment, where your ideas and contribution is valued?
