Software Systems Engineer

Undertake Level 1/2 engineering support for the ECM projects and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the team deliverables.
Coordinate communication and information flow among the ECM team members and end users.
Assist in conducting research, gathering data and perform analysis for product-related topics, with a focus on user delivery and satisfaction.
Drive security and compliance by ensuring proper processes are followed.
Previous experience in a first-level support role, with expertise in product or project assistance, is essential.
Knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Salesforce Service Cloud, familiarity with at least one of these is essential.
Knowledge with Microsoft Online products and tools, especially SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Cloud is a strong plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy- The ability to follow directions, work independently and having a creative and get-the-job-done attitude is vital.
Solid spoken and written English (German is a plus).
