About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Culinary Department in Zurich, the Commis de Cuisine is responsible for state-of-the-art culinary experiences. The Commis de Cuisine reports to the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. , As Commis de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of events Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food Compliance with and daily monitoring of hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines , Our commitment to you Learning & Development.
