Cloud Architect

As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the business needs of clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies, oversee architecture design, and ensure optimal performance and security of cloud environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cloud Strategy: Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Architecture Design: Design and manage cloud architecture, including network configurations, data storage, and security protocols, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of cloud solutions, including migration of existing applications and data to the cloud.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Security Management: Establish and enforce security policies and practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services.
Profile Sought:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking concepts, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
