Responsibilities
Facilitate movement of custodized Hedge Fund positions externally into the target state – end-client segregated at the transfer agents. Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank. Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Client Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Reconciliation and Data Management. Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process Hedge Fund transfers. Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, Establish 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with bank, client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation. Mentor and train junior analysts, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and promoting best practices in Hedge Funds Migration.Eligibility Requirements
Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments Highly experienced in Hedge Funds and migration processes. Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI) Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions Investigation of securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations In-depth understanding of the Securities domain, including funds transfer, settlements and Reporting. Proficiency in basic German and fluent English. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.#LI-JF1
