How you can make an impact This is a client-facing role, not a position where you should expect to be desk-based - instead, you will often work in flexible and agile team environments Your aspiration is to help clients to gain or maintain competitive advantage against an ever-changing market context - focusing on strategic transformation, innovation & ventures, organic growth and other highly strategic services You will leverage your relationship, passion, empathy and perseverance skills, as well as your local industry and business network to get access to senior Stakeholders and C-levels, to identify opportunities and support the business development activities In this multi-faceted Financial Services project manager role, you will be addressing business problems in an analytical manner, structure decision making, and strive to develop pragmatic recommendations, tempered by experience Unlike many other strategy consultancies, we are valued by our clients for our ability to see the vision through to reality, producing a plan and approach to successfully bring our client's strategy to life The nature of our work varies greatly, but chances are your engagements will involve all of the following over time: corporate strategy; customer, product and channel strategy; market entry/growth strategy; customer engagement and digital strategy; and operating model design You will be able to coach and support junior team members and share your prior experience As a member of our highly motivated and multicultural team, you can expect new challenges every day, offering a fast learning environment and you will have access to our broad range of market-leading services, propositions, assets and professional career development opportunities Who we are looking for To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have: Extensive experience (7+ years) and background in strategy consulting within a consulting firm or related experience in an industry/ start-up role in the Financial Services sector University degree from a reputable institution/MBA from a leading business school Fluency in English and French are required, German is a nice to have Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis, frameworks and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Ability to structure, manage and deliver change with strong leadership capabilities and an enthusiastic, positive, can do attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence and passionate about doing an outstanding job for the client Your team Solving never-before-seen challenges is what makes us Monitor Deloitte.
