Full responsibility for the Group Quality Assurance & Risk aspects Hands-on-mentality on Top-Q Cases Collaboration with cross-functional teams in all divisions to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the product lifecycle Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence, solution leadership and customer value Interfaces to insurance broker and related insurances regarding Q-Cases
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business process management or quality management Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Solid experience in quality management in a global or multinational organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englisch and German
