Du koordinierst, unterstützt und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Ziele nicht nur ambitioniert, sondern auch erreichbar sind.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von strategischen Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Projektplänen, Timelines und Ressourcenallokationen.
  • Organisation und Protokollierung von OKR-Teammeetings sowie Nachverfolgung der Fortschritte und regelmässige Berichterstattung an das Management.
  • Planung und Koordination von strategischen Meetings, Workshops und anderen wichtigen Veranstaltungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem BI-Team zur Erstellung und Analyse von Datenberichten und strategischen Dashboards sowie zur Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Unterlagen und Berichten.
  • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen allen Stakeholdern und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs.
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung.

Das suchen wir:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im strategischen Kontext.
  • Erfahrung mit OKR-Methoden und strategischer Planung ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von BI-Tools und Dashboards.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und das Talent, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • Mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, proaktivem Handeln und einer Prise Humor ergänzt du das Team ideal.
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
