Rejoins notre équipe en charge du support sur site des utilisateurs VIP et des processus ITSM pour un de nos clients à Vevey. Tu seras en charge du support sur site des utilisateurs VIP et tu joueras également un rôle clé dans le maintien des normes de gestion de services IT, des processus ITSM et des solutions ServiceNow.

Support IT aux utilisateurs, notamment aux membres de la Direction Générale sur les applications O365, Mobile (iPhone/iPad) et Conferencing Service de support on-call occasionnel Utilisation des processus ITSM (Incident, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Service Level) Gestion de la plateforme ServiceNow et des rapports Collaboration avec les équipes IT pour améliorer les processus

CFC d'informaticien ou titre jugé équivalent, avec une première expérience dans le domaine IT Excellente capacité d'utilisation et de support des outils O365, Windows, Mobility et Web Connaissance de ITIL et ServiceNow Un très bon niveau de français et d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
