Offering specialized assistance to our clientele within the energy sector, with a specific emphasis on commodity trading. This involves conducting thorough requirements analysis, defining target architectures, and overseeing solution implementations. Ensuring alignment between business concepts and the deliverables executed by delivery teams. This encompasses detailed use case development, mapping capabilities, engineering requirements, designing processes, analyzing data domains and flows. Taking direct responsibility for the effective implementation of various energy solutions, encompassing Commodity/Energy Trading and Risk Management (CTRM/ETRM), portfolio management, market access, market data, forecasting, scheduling, logistics solutions, as well as digital data platforms and tools for value measurement and optimization. Assisting in the management of transformation programs by coordinating implementation efforts and providing guidance to delivery teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance personnel. Improving the quality of delivery by offering insights into methodological approaches to delivery teams, drawing from extensive expertise and experience in the commodity trading industry.YOUR CAPCO FIT
Possessing an above-average academic background with a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, energy engineering, international trade, or a related field. Demonstrating a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience primarily within implementation programs, particularly within the commodity trading sector. This experience may include roles with vendors, consulting firms, or commodity trading companies. Acquiring tangible experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams comprising business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals. This involvement typically spans across projects or programs with multiple work streams or sub-projects. Exhibiting practical technical expertise in designing, implementing, and configuring leading commodity trading solutions. This includes familiarity with ETRM systems such as Allegro, Murex, Aligne, or OpenLink. Possessing foundational knowledge of commodity trading systems landscapes, encompassing core systems, associated capabilities, interfaces, and recent advancements in data landscapes. Demonstrating outstanding analytical and conceptual capabilities, coupled with a client-focused and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and French or German skills are highly recommended.
