Nous recherchons un(e) Head of Business Analyst pour rejoindre notre client dans le secteur des télécommunications. Le/la candidat(e) sera responsable de diriger une équipe de Business Analysts dédiée à la gestion et à l'optimisation de l'ensemble des projets IT de l'entreprise.

Head of Business Analyst - h/f

Notre client est une société basée à Lausanne et qui offre beaucoup de flexibilité envers ses collaborateurs.

Missions

  • Gestion d'Équipe :

    • Superviser, encadrer et motiver une équipe de Business Analysts.
    • Assurer le développement professionnel et la montée en compétences des membres de l'équipe.
    • Effectuer des évaluations de performance et définir des objectifs individuels et collectifs.

  • Gestion de Projets :

    • Piloter l'analyse des besoins métiers pour tous les projets IT.
    • Veiller à la livraison de solutions IT qui répondent aux exigences métiers et techniques.
    • Collaborer avec le Responsable Développement pour aligner les solutions technologiques avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

  • Coordination et Communication :

    • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir une compréhension mutuelle des besoins et des solutions.
    • Organiser et animer des réunions de suivi de projet et des ateliers de travail.
    • Rédiger des rapports de progression et des présentations pour les parties prenantes.

  • Analyse et Amélioration :

    • Identifier et analyser les tendances du marché et les opportunités d'amélioration des processus.
    • Proposer des stratégies pour optimiser l'efficacité des processus métiers et technologiques.
    • Assurer une veille technologique pour anticiper les évolutions du secteur des télécommunications.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation : Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe.
  • Compétences Techniques : Connaissance approfondie des systèmes et des processus IT, des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) et des outils d'analyse de données.
  • Compétences en Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
  • Compétences Interpersonnelles : Leadership, esprit d'équipe, capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression.
  • Vision stratégique et capacité à aligner les projets IT avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Esprit analytique et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives.
