To support our growth, we are looking for Junior HR Analyst.
What to expect?
Perform data analysis and generate basic reports to support administrative decisions Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative needs and support service delivery Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements in administrative tasks Participate in the assessment of departmental performance, offering insights for improvement Conduct data entry and management tasks to support administrative functionsWhat do we expect?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years of relevant work experience Proven experience in administration Proficiencies in administration and analysis A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Fluent German and English languages
