The Management Business Support is responsible to support the Chief Corporate and Business Development Officer (CDO, Member of the Executive Board) and his management team in matters of the daily operational aspects, as well as in transformation and organizational development of the department.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the CDO daily business and organizational task (agenda, task prioritization, travel arrangements) 
  • Preparation of files and presentations - content and design for Board level
  • Being prime contact for internal and external requests
  • Acting as a point of contact between management, employees and stakeholders
  • Supporting the management team in the elaboration studies and concepts 
  • Monitoring and tracking financial and staff development, preparing analyses and reports for management reviews in collaboration with Finance and HR Business Partners
  • Designing and moderating team meetings and other multi-stakeholder workshops
  • Manage of the financial processes for the department

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Some experience in change processes
  • Straight thinking, talking and capable to implement things
  • Detail-oriented and precise way of working
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • You are fluent in English and German - a good command of French is a big plus

When: 01.09.2023 or per agreement

Work percentage: 80-100%
