- Managing andmotivating your employees in the professionals life sciencedivision
- Building and establishing customer andbusiness relationships in the life sciencesector
- Budget responsibility, sales managementand action planning for your team
- Continuousmarket and industry analysis with a view to strategic marketdevelopment
- Proactive placement of highlyqualified specialists and managers with ourcustomers
- Evaluation of success-relevant KPIsand tracking of agreed targets
- Intensivecollaboration with the Management TeamProfessionals
- Acquiring new clients andcreating opportunities, sales and networking: you are fully in yourelement. There is no greater challenge for you than acquiring newcustomers and orders. Your work is talent-orientated. To strengthenand expand your network of contacts, you regularly attendnetworking events and professional groupmeetings.
- You are the specialist in the fieldof life science: you recognize market trends, know which questionsclients are asking and are a solid discussion partner. You immerseyourself in the client's business, think about talent opportunitiesand offer the right Randstad Professionals service. With the goal:a golden match between talents and clients.
- Youguide and support professionals: not only clients, but alsocandidates or colleagues who work with you and can count on yourcommitment. You know what drives them, advise them on theirpersonal development in the life science sector and contribute to asmooth HR cycle.

You have auniversity degree, ideally in a business administration/commercialfield
You have relevantprofessional experience in the field of recruitment andselection
You have initialprofessional or disciplinary management responsibility, ideally inthe life science, pharmaceuticals or medical technology sector
You are fluent in Frenchand English
