For ourclient, an international company based in Neuchâtel, we are lookingfor a Plant Engineer Facilities & Utilities.

Tasks andresponsibilities:

The Plant Engineer F&Uhas a multitasking/cross functional role whereby she/he shall beresponsible for supporting as technical expert shall support thedelivery of projects of varying complexity that span the completesite operations and organizationalboundaries.
  • Be the primary contact (SubjectMatter Expert SME) for the users of the assigned installations withregard to technical aspects. (HVAC system, Water Systems - WFI,Cooling system and loop, Chillers, Process Gases and BuildingUtility Systems – all critical GMPUtilities)
  • Active participation ininvestigations, deviations and CAPAs – concerning both quality andEHS (compliance with cGMP, GEP, SUVA/ASITetc)
  • Leads &/or Supports the design andqualification of improvements, changes or upgrades to theequipment/plant. - Monitors, evaluates and approves theimplementation of supplier interventions for FUequipment.


Yourprofile:
  • Knowledge of a GMP environment -Engineering degree (BS, MS or equivalent) in mechanical,automation/technical engineering, biotechnology and/or in theappropriate sciences – chemistry, physicsetc.
  • 5+ years experience in thePharma/Biotech/Chemie or Energies industry
  • Goodorganization and communication skills
  • Projectmanagement skills
  • Fluent French and English(spoken and written), German is aplus
  • PLC/Automation (Siemens, Johnson Controlsor Allen Bradley) programming experience is aplus
  • IT skills: MS products, Word, Excel,Teams, Project, OneNote etc.
