QC Support Specialist

Your role:
QC Samplingactivities:
- Improve the standard timevia continuous improvement projects and realization of theactivities
- To support and improve the interfacewith external labs (sample shipment & resultshandling)
- To support the sampling team in someoperational activities (sample reception, aliquoting, worklistcorrections)
QC Complianceactivities:
- Lead the deviationsrelated to our activities
- Trainer forcompliance and operationalactivities
- Participation in the governance ofthe compliance community
General and Project Management:
- To ensure adherence to the detailedplanning by all stakeholders,
- To ensure KPIstarget are reached,
- To ensure compliance duringdeployment and hyper-care phases,
- To ensurefinal user's adherence,
- To build detaileddeployment and hyper-care planning,
- To monitoractivities progress
- To lead and support projectteam for deployment activities,
- To raise andfollow CCP,
- To build change managementplan,
- To react on and resolve all technicalissues involving the group autonomously in a timely and positivemanner,
- Be an actor of the continuousimprovement initiatives using a lean processmindset,
- To strongly participate in themanagement of our performance meeting and contribute to improveit.
Functie-eisen
Whoyou are:
- Eng. in sciences (chemistry,Biology.) or at least 1 year of experience in GMP environment
- At least 1 year expertise in BiotechIndustry
- Experience in Quality Control andQuality systems
- Experience in planificationtools is a plus
- Knowledge in RFID principle isa plus
- Good knowledge in visualmanagement
- Knowledge of applicablecGMPs
- Fluent in French &English
- Process mindset with the appropriatelevel of customer service
- Able to understandin detail all the activities carried out in the group and its rolein the context of the overall site and QCprocesses
- Able to react and resolve all human& technical issues involving the group autonomously in a timelyand positive manner, with an efficientsolution
- User of the Problem-Solving tool andensure its use in the group
- Result driven and a'can do' attitude, helping organization to deliver stretch goals onlead time
- Autonomous and reliable, highlymotivated
- Customeroriented
- Collaborative and positivecommunication within the team and with partners /customers
