English and French or Russian Speaking Nanny with Driving License to Start June

A lovely family living in Vandeouvres, Geneva is looking for a live-in Nanny with a driving license. The family will provide a vehicle. The ideal candidate speaks English and French. Russian is an advantage.

Start date: June 30, 2024

Children ages: Two children aged 3 and 1 year old and the family is expecting a baby in September.

General Schedule: Starting around noon to 7 pm. Monday to Saturday or Sunday / 6 days a week.

The family has a Housekeeper who will help with the childcare two Saturdays per month, so the nanny will work sometimes Sundays.

Flexibility is required when extra babysitting is needed

Family language: English and French. Russian is an asset

Language required: Bilingual English and French. Russian is an advantage.

General Duties:

- Take care mostly of the older children and help with the baby

- Take the children to school, they will start the nursery in September

- When required prepare healthy meals and snacks

- Organise activities and games according to the age of the children.

- Take the children to outdoor activities and play with them.

- Responsible that their rooms, clothes and belongings are tidy and clean

Requirements

• Swiss/EU passport or Swiss permit
• Letters of recommendation that we can validate
• Cassier Judiciaire / DBS
• Experience working in private families and taking care of children this age
• Confident driver and able to drive in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and French. Russian is a significant advantage.

Accommodation is offered in a private room and bathroom. The family will move to a new home in August and will offer independent large accommodation with a terrace.

Salary: Market rate in Geneva (live-in deduction for accommodation and food CHF 990 per month)
