Accountant with International Exposure

- Prepare interim and annual statutory financial statements for Swiss entities and those domiciled in the Netherlands.
- Prepare tax returns and required filings for Swiss and Dutch entities, including VAT, CIT, and WHT.
- Assist auditors with quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audits.
- Manage and review subsidiaries' financials.
- Assist in preparing board meetings and related materials.
- Support the corporate accounting and GL accounting team.
- Prepare and file Pillar II and GloBE filings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting as well as a certification as Swiss Certified Accountant or Chartered Accountant/CPA
- Over five years of experience in public accounting or in-house accounting preferred.
- Experience with Swiss GAAP and Swiss Code of Obligations as ell as interest in developing know how in US GAAP
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PeopleSoft preferred; Oracle FCC experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Swiss Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
