DPP Methodology

Develop specialist know-how by addressing both informal and formal consultations from engagement teams, by coaching engagement teams (2nd line of defense program) and by being an integral part of the on-going development of our audit practice.
Your contribution to KPMG

• Address informal consultations regarding Audit Methodology & Tools (KAEG, KCw, Sampling, Group Audits, eLSE, Standardization, Data & Analytics, Technology in the Audit)
• Support the team leader in addressing formal consultations regarding Audit Methodology & Tools (including research)
• Coach engagement teams in aspects of Audit Methodology & Tools
• Develop content for trainings (including Audit Conference and Audit Calls)
• Support deployment of KCW and becoming part of the center of excellence of KAEG
• Update and develop technical Directives and Briefings
• Continue to manage a limited number of audit engagements (maximum of 25% capacity across the year)

This is what makes you successful

• (Assistant) Manager or Senior Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Audit Corporates or Financial Services
• High interest in learning and developing
• Ability to think out-of-the-box, as the underlying issue may not be what engagement teams think it is
• High level of customer-centricity, with the customer being the audit practice/engagement teams
• Team player with high ambitions
• Stamina and perseverance in driving audit quality
• Proficient German skills and/or very good English skills
