About the team you are joining

As an Intern I&D Application Support reportingto the Application support senior manager, you will help to review and improveour processes.
You will work in the IATA I&D departmentand collaborate with all other divisions.

What your day would be like

Support the review I&D Application support processes.
Support the improvement of current processes.
Support to design, build and deploy a proof of concept of how to use AI tools in an application support framework.
Support knowledge management activities.
Generate reports Application support activities.


We would love to hear from you if

Recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation) or related field.
Good process analytical skills
Good at innovation and/or creativity
Excellent planning and organization skills

Nice to have:
Experience in artificial intelligence

Travel Required: N
