À la fin du processus de recrutement, elle vous proposera un contrat CDI avec un objectif à long terme (nous ne faisons ni de consulting ni de missions temporaires).

Notre objectif, en tant qu'agence de recrutement spécialisée, est de vous donner un maximum d'éléments pour déterminer ensemble et en toute confidentialité si ce poste est le bon challenge pour vous. À ce stade, nous pouvons vous dire que l'entreprise, basée dans le canton de Genève, fabrique des machines industrielles de pointe vendues dans le monde entier. Elle compte plusieurs centaines d'employés en Suisse et cherche à recruter un ingénieur ou technicien SAV avec des déplacements internationaux.
Le challenge de ce poste en une phrase :
Vous êtes la personne de référence pour toutes les questions techniques. Vous intervenez pour des mises en service, des dépannages et des conseils techniques.
- Installation, montage, dépannage et mise en service chez les clients à l'international (50-60%)
- Dépannage (5% correctif ou amélioratif) et maintenance préventive (95%)
- Durées interventions (quelques jours-maximum 2,3 semaines)
- Pays à couvrir États-Unis et Brésil, Japon, Europe (pays limitrophes), Dubaï, Turquie, Asie
- Flexibilité demandé pour travailler certains weekend
- Montage de précision, réglages fins, calibration, paramétrage
- Dépannage et maintenance préventive
- Services après-vente et dépannage sur site externe
- Aide à l’amélioration et au développement du parc de machines existant
- Formation dans le domaine de la mécanique, de l'automation, de l'électronique ou de l'électricité industrielle
- Polyvalence technique, avec des connaissances en mécanique et en électricité
- Connaissance des machines spéciales, un plus
- Expérience dans un poste similaire exigée
- Bonne maîtrise du français, très bonnes connaissances en anglais nécessaires pour ce poste
- Une équipe dynamique passionnée par la technique
- Une société bien établie avec des produits high-tech
- Un salaire en rapport avec votre expérience et vos compétences
- Une bonne autonomie dans la gestion de votre travail
