We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dedicated People Ops Team. You will work closely with leadership and employees providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisational development, and training.
This role offers a significant growth opportunity. With demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives at Evooq, this position could transition into a Head of HR role within 6 to 12 months, based on performance and business needs.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives:
- Partner with the management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Offer thought leadership regarding people-related strategy and execution
- Support team leads on performance management and employee development goals
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, and compensation
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top-quality results
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing employee satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven track record with 6+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, including at least 3 years experience in a fast-moving international tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
- Sound knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory
- Experience of a complex organisation is a plus
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, strong “can do” attitude, able to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and French, German is a plus
