Was dich erwartet
  • Verkauf von Hydrauliklösungen und Hydraulikkomponente sowie der Erarbeitung von kommerzielle Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen, Durchsetzung von höhere Preise und Steigerung der Verkaufsaktivitäten pro Kunde
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von mehrere Kundentermine pro Woche (bestehende und künftige Kunden)
  • Unterstützung der Technikabteilung bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen und kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie interne Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsstandorte
  • Permanente und eigenständige Markbearbeitung für den zugeteilten Geschäftsbereich
Was du mitbringst
  • Technische Grundausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung in technischer oder kaufmännischer Richtung
  • Du bringst von Vorteil eine Verkaufsausbildung und Erfahrung im Sales bzw. im Business Development mit.
  • Ausgeprägte Hydraulik- und Hydrauliksystemkenntnisse (Technik und Markt)
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich "Requirement-Engineering" zur professionellen Erfassung und Aufarbeitung von Kundenanforderungen.
  • Du besitzt eine gute Ausdrucksweise in der (Schweizer-)deutschen Sprache. Auf Englisch und von Vorteil in einer weiteren Landessprache kannst du sicher verhandeln.
