Stellenbeschreibung

Für unsere Sprachreise-Agentur direkt am HB Zürich suchen wir eine(n) Language Travel Consultant mit den unten aufgeführten Qualifikationen und Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen.

Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben sind

individuelle Kundenberatung (u.a. face to face, telefonisch, Skype, Live Chat und Email) die Erstellung von persönlichen Angeboten/Offerten zusammenstellung von Dokumenten und die Organisation des Sprachaufenthaltes abklärungen mit unseren internationalen Sprachschulen weltweit auf Englisch teilnahme an Informations- und Messeveranstaltungen in der gesamten Deutsch-Schweiz mitarbeit bei der Marktentwicklung, Partnerschaften mit lokalen Schulen, Universitäten und Hochschulen in der Region für die Gewinnung von Neukunden diverse Marketing- sowie administrative Aktivitäten bzw. Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

du verfügst über Erfahrung im Verkauf und in der Beratung mit direktem Kundenkontakt du hast mind. eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Detailhandel oder die höhere Fachschule / Fachhochschule für Tourismus du sprichst fliessend Schweizerdeutsch und hast ein Flair für Fremdsprachen, bringst ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2) mit
