Five Arrows Switzerland
Five Arrows Switzerland is a division of Five Arrows Multi Strategies (FAMS) focusing on developing bespoke Private Markets investment solutions for Institutional Investors, Family Offices and UHNWI. Historically, the seasoned team at FAS has managed over USD6bn in commitments for institutional and private clients for over 20 years. FAS builds private markets portfolio in open architecture in Private Equity, Private Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Debt.
As part of its Real Estate practice, FAS manages multiple value add real estate programs and is looking for an Investment Associate/Investment Manager Private Real Estate to support the team in allocating capital to this strategy. The incumbent will be focused on developing a strong pipeline, sourcing investment opportunities, supporting senior managers in due diligence, market research, and monitoring portfolio investments in Private Real Estate.
Main responsibilities
Market research and monitoring of the private Real Estate industry
Sourcing Real Estate fund investment opportunities
Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence of Real Estate primaries and co-investments
Prepare and present investment committee materials
Monitor underlying investments’ and prepare detailed quarterly reporting for investors and management
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Confirmed experience in similar role (min. 3 years in a similar role within the Private Real Estate Fund industry)
Confirmed experience with indirect investments
In-depth understanding of investment processes
Self-starter attitude and pragmatic approach
French and English a must. Any other languages are a plus.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
