Für die Beratung, Spezifikation und Entwicklung moderner Software-Lösungen im strategischen Bereich E-Government suchen wir zur Erweiterung unseres Teams eine/einen Project Manager. In dieser Rolle führst du Projekte zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Du kennst die Anforderungen komplexer Software-Entwicklungsprojekte und agiler Entwicklungsmethoden. Du realisierst gemeinsam mit deinem Team tragfähige professionelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden in Zeit und Budget.
Die anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit setzt einen Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung, ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung, stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Interesse am Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern voraus.

Leitung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungs- und Integrationsprojekte im Bereich E-Government Fachliche Führung von erfahrenen Architekten und Software-Ingenieuren im Rahmen der Projekte Gesamtverantwortung für die Kundenprojekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmethoden für ein modernes und effektives Projektmanagement (agile und klassische Projektmethoden) Aktive Projektmitarbeit (Requirements-Engineering, Architektur oder auch Entwicklung/Fachkonzepte/Userstories oder Usecases) Durchführung von Prototyping/Proof of concept Vorbereitung und Moderation/Durchführung von Workshops
Was du mitbringen solltest
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Entwicklungsprozessen und damit verbundenen Best Practices, Hermes-Zertifizierung von Vorteil Französisch und Englisch (B2) von Vorteil Mehrjährige (5+) Erfahrung als Projektleiter, Software Engineer, Requirement- oder Business-Engineer im Bereich E-Government (Kantone und Gemeinden, Bundesumfeld) Erfahrung mit etablierten Vorgehensprozessen (Scrum, Kanban, RUP) und Servicemodellen Hohe Qualitätsanforderungen und Erfahrung im QS-Management Erfahrung und Freude am Arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und interdisziplinär zusammengesetzten Teams Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise Reisebereitschaft im Raum Schweiz
