Product Owner API

On behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a company of primary importance operating in the Banking & Financial Services sector, we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner as a key player in driving the development and enhancement of our API offerings.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our API products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of API technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

* Define and Prioritize API Product Backlog:
Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, business analysts, and customers, to gather requirements and prioritize features for * * API products.
Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy.

* API Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the vision and strategy for API products, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure the API product roadmap aligns with business objectives.

* Collaborate with Development Teams:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, providing clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with engineers to address challenges and ensure successful delivery.

* Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the API space.
Use market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our API products.

* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in * API product development.

* Strong understanding of API technologies, RESTful architecture, and associated tools.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience working in an Agile development environment.

* Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Italian and English.
