Job Description

  • Gérer et maintenir l'infrastructure IT, en assurant une haute disponibilité, sécurité et performance.
  • Exploiter, maintenir et soutenir les systèmes et réseaux IT, y compris les environnements sur site et dans le cloud Azure.
  • Collaborer avec les prestataires externes pour assurer des opérations et un support fluides.
  • Gérer les environnements serveurs Windows (Active Directory, Exchange) et avoir des connaissances sur Microsoft Hyper-V, Cluster, ESX et Nutanix.
  • Administrer Microsoft Azure, en garantissant performance optimale, gouvernance des politiques et sécurité.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions haute disponibilité dans Azure.
  • Mapper les GPO Active Directory aux politiques Intune MDM.
  • Gérer les solutions de sauvegarde et assurer l'intégrité des données.
  • Configurer et gérer l'infrastructure réseau, y compris les commutateurs, routeurs, NAC, contrôleur sans fil et points d'accès.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les pare-feu et répartiteurs de charge pour une sécurité et une performance optimales.
  • Surveiller et résoudre les problèmes de performance réseau.
  • Appliquer les politiques et procédures de sécurité.
  • Soutenir l'adoption du cloud et la migration des services d'infrastructure.
  • Participer aux projets IT et gérer efficacement les changements de services IT.
  • Maintenir la documentation des configurations systèmes et réseaux.
  • Assurer les mises à jour, correctifs et améliorations en temps opportun.
  • Enregistrer et gérer les incidents et demandes de service à l'aide d'un outil ITSM.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en informatique, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe.
  • 8+ années d'expérience en administration des systèmes et réseaux IT.
  • Avoir une expérience de migration d'une infrastructure OnPrem vers une infrastructure Cloud (idéalement Azure)
  • Compétence en Microsoft Windows Server, Azure et Microsoft Exchange.
  • Expérience avec VMware ESX et Nutanix AHV.
  • Bonne compréhension des protocoles réseau, commutateurs, routeurs, Wi-Fi, NAC, WAF, répartiteurs de charge et configuration de pare-feu.
  • Certifications pertinentes (par exemple, VCP, Nutanix NCP, Microsoft MCSE, Administrateur Azure Microsoft, Fortinet NSE, terraform) fortement souhaitées.
  • Gérer l'ambiguïté et l'immaturité organisationnelle.
  • Obtenir des résultats et assurer la responsabilité.
  • Faire preuve d'adaptabilité situationnelle et de collaboration.
  • Montrer de la résilience face à l'adversité et aux situations stressantes.
