IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement / Key Account Team / Qualitätsmanagement und sind verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung aller qualitätsrelevanten Anforderungen für neue sowie bestehende Produkte / Prozesse. Qualitätsverantwortung bei Innovations- und Verlagerungsprojekten, insbesondere herunterbrechen der Kundenforderungen in Qualitätsplänen, Überwachung der Q-Plan Elemente (Prüfvorgaben, Erstmusterprüfungen, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Q-Nachweisdokumente, etc.) Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der D-FMEA Unterstützung in P-FMEA Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen Durchführung von internen und externen Audits Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Prozesse Unterstützung Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement bei Kundenbesuchen, Kundenaudits und Erreichung der Qualitätsziele

IHRE KOMPETENZEN

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Qualitätsfachmann / Qualitätsmanager Technische Grundausbildung mit einer soliden Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Kundenreklamationen und Qualitätsvorausplanung Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätswerkzeugen wie FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc. Systematisches, methodisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit Bereitschaft zur Kenntniserweiterung  Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
