Fondé en 1978, Darest Informatic SA fournit des équipements et services informatiques spécifiquement dédiés aux PME et Grandes Entreprises. Nous couvrons l'ensemble des besoins IT de nos clients en proposant des infrastructures sur-mesure grâce à nos architectes IT spécialistes ainsi qu'à l'ingénierie nécessaire pour répondre à leurs demandes.

Notre équipe dispose d'un savoir-faire fondamental pour mettre en place des cellule help-desk complète ou mixte de niveau I, II et III avec support VIP auprès de grandes entreprises suisses et multinationales

Description du poste

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients à Lausanne, deux personne pour intégrer l'équipe de support N1/N2 à partir du 1er mars 2022.

La mission consistera à :

Rejoindre l’équipe Helpdesk/Support   Fournir un support téléphonique niveau 1 (enregistrement des demandes, analyse, résolution ou escalation fonctionnelle) Fournir un support niveau 2 physique et à distance sur les postes de travail sous Windows 7/10  Imager, Installer, dépanner, déménager et maintenir le parc informatique (poste utilisateurs fixes ou mobiles, applications métiers, machines spécifiques et autres périphériques) Évaluer et diagnostiquer tous les incidents en ciblant une résolution de 2ème niveau Informer les utilisateurs de l'avancement du traitement de leurs requêtes. Préparation, installation du matériel et support aux utilisateurs lors de vidéo-conférences Commande, enrôlement et assistance idevices (smartphone, tablettes…)  Maintenir l’inventaire du système d’information Contribuer à la gestion de la base de connaissance

Qualifications

Technicien ES en informatique (ou équivalent) Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire Certifié ITIL v3 Fondation ou ITIL 4 Excellentes connaissances des technologies Microsoft (Windows 7/10, Office 2013, Outlook), Active Directory Très bonnes connaissances des smartphones et de la mobilité en général Connaissances systèmes et réseau Sensibilisation à la sécurité Informatique Anglais niveau B2 minimum (lu, parlé et écrit)
