What impact do you have?

Support the Category Management team by collecting and providing relevant data and carrying out analyses to further develop our business and assortment

Provide easy to understand visualizations for KPIs and relevant business metrics to monitor our business performance

Identify opportunities and use data to define the best strategy to tackle them and optimize our core processes

Analyze a wide variety of data from different sources and collaborate with the other member of the Data Analytics and Science team

Have a direct impact on our team processes and best practices applying your agile mindset to continuously improve our way of work

You share relevant insights to raise awareness about ongoing projects and challenges

What do you offer?

Master's degree (university / university of applied science)

University degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) with focus on Analytics / Economics/ Informatics / Logistics / Engineering or related topics

3-5 years

in a similar or related field

French (native speaker)

German (beneficial)

English (fluent)

You are a curious, open, well-organized team player, with a can-do attitude for solving interesting and complex problems

You have a passion for numbers and your business acumen allows you to quickly identify solutions and provide back of the envelope estimations

Writing clean codes, sharing, and maintaining them, is a core part of your values

Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, Power BI), Python (most common packages and ML packages)

You have experience in the retail industry or related fields

You are familiar with Agile methodologies or worked in a group adopting them
