Votre mission

La recherche consommateur via l’étude d’insights, l’organisation de focus groups ou d’interviews en collaboration avec des experts UX La conception d’expériences innovantes notamment grâce aux techniques de customer journey mapping et de wireframing  La participation à toutes les phases de projets de développements web en partant du design avec les équipes de création pour aller jusqu’à l’exploitation avec les équipes DevOps La gestion de projet opérationnelle avec les équipes internes, partenaires et en direct avec les clients Le reporting projet et analytique sur des projets de petite et moyenne envergure  La collaboration avec les équipes Creative, Media et CX suisses et dans le réseau Havas pour la production de dispositifs de communication d’envergure internationale ​

Vos compétences

Faites preuves d’un fort esprit analytique et de synthèse, avez le souci du détail et alliez les meilleurs outils pour une organisation sans faille Maitrisez des outils comme Figma vous permettant de cadrer et de concevoir des expériences digitales Êtes familier de solutions technologiques comme WordPress ou Drupal et avez des bases en technologies de bases de données Avez des connaissances d’outils d’analyse de performance comme Google Analytics et de dashboarding Tableau, DataStudio ou PowerBi Êtes bilingue français et maitrisez l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit ​

D’un point de vue humain, votre relationnel, votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens développé de l’écoute font du travail avec vous un réel plaisir.

Vous êtes curieux et vous n’hésitez pas à poser des questions. Vous êtes ouvert d’esprit et votre envie d’apprendre sera la clef d’un stage réussi
